Realcap Associates, LLC was established in 2002 to develop, lease and manage real estate properties of all types. The company is owned, operated and managed by Jan Jaroszewicz and his wife, Terri, who have over 60 years of combined experience in real estate finance, development, and property management. The company also provides real estate development services for both commercial real estate and senior housing. Realcap Associates is located in Boca Raton, Florida.
Our goal is to create or acquire high quality properties appropriate to their market and settings. We offer a wide range of development services including: site selection; planning and design; feasibility and budgeting; entitlement; construction; project management; leasing; property management; and financing.

Jan Jaroszewicz - Managing Member, has been in real estate, finance and development for over 40 years. His experience includes international corporate and real estate finance, working for and with the world's most prominent institutional names in finance and real estate. He has completed billions of dollars in various corporate finance and real estate transactions across multiple real estate product types in construction, development, structured finance, securitization, mezzanine debt and equity placement, and corporate turnarounds. He was formerly SVP - Development at Rahn Properties, Inc., Chief Investment Officer of Sterling Centrecorp, Inc., and is also a partner at Big Rock Partners. Jan has proven success in ground-up development as well as the profitable repositioning of existing troubled real estate assets and companies. He earned a A.B. degree from The University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Terri Jaroszewicz - Managing Member, has over 30 years of property management experience including several years as Senior Property Manager for Trammell Crow Residential in West Palm Beach and 10 years at Crocker Realty Trust as Property Manager of Mizner Park in Boca Raton, Florida. Terri holds a B.S. degree in Business Management from West Virginia Wesleyan University.
